Privacy Policy

1What the Extension Reads and Stores

The extension reads your own AliExpress data from the pages AliExpress shows you while you are signed in, and stores the following:

• Orders: order numbers, dates, store names, item titles, item links and photo links, quantities, prices, totals and currencies, and order status.
• Price breakdowns:subtotal, shipping, coins, AliExpress coupons and store coupons, read from an order's detail page. That page also shows your delivery address and name; the extension does not store them.
• Tracking: tracking numbers, carriers, checkpoints with their times and places, and the destination country.
• Refunds and disputes:status, amounts, the timeline and messages of a dispute, links to evidence photos, return labels and the seller's return warehouse address.
• Settings: your preferences, such as the capture switch, sync schedules, display currency, language and buyer protection thresholds.

2Where Your Data Is Kept

• Everything above is stored only in your browser, in the extension's IndexedDB database and extension storage. We run no servers and never receive your data.
• We use no analytics, tracking or advertising, and we do not sell or share your data.
• Backup files you export are ordinary files on your computer, under your control.

3When the Extension Connects to Other Services

Data leaves your browser only in the following cases.

• AliExpress:the extension reads the AliExpress pages you open. If you turn on background sync or the automatic fetching of tracking, refund or price details (all off by default), it also opens AliExpress pages in inactive background tabs, signed in as you, one page at a time and a few seconds apart, and stops when AliExpress asks you to sign in or pass a security check. The dashboard shows product photos loaded from AliExpress's servers.
• Google Sheets (optional): only when you connect it, the extension sends your orders (order number, date, store, totals, status and items) to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. It uses the drive.file scope, which reaches only files the extension created, and deletes that spreadsheet only when you ask it to. Your Google sign-in is handled by Chrome; signing out from the extension revokes its access.
• Exchange rates: at most twice a day the extension downloads public exchange rates from open.er-api.com. The request contains no order or personal data, though, like any web request, it reveals your IP address to that service.

4Google API Services User Data Policy

The extension's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We do not allow humans to read your Google user data.
• We do not use or transfer your Google user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising.
• We do not transfer your Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve the extension's features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• We do not use Google user data to build user profiles or to train machine learning or AI models.

5Security

• Every connection the extension makes uses HTTPS.
• Your data is kept in extension storage, which websites and other extensions cannot read.
• Anyone who can use your browser profile can open the dashboard and see your orders, so protect your device and the backups you export.

6Your Choices and Deleting Your Data

• Turn capture off at any time with the switch in the extension's popup, or pause it from the on-page widget.
• Background sync and the automatic fetching of tracking, refund and price details stay off until you turn them on in Settings.
• Delete everything the extension stored with Purge Local Storage Database on the Import & Backup tab. Uninstalling the extension deletes it too.
• When you disconnect Google Sheets you can delete the spreadsheet from your Google Drive, and you can remove the extension's access at any time in your Google Account's security settings.

7Changes to This Policy

When this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and the new version arrives with the extension.
