1Description of Service

The Extension is a local-first browser utility designed to help users securely capture, parse, visualize, and export their AliExpress purchase history.

• Order Collection: The Extension runs locally in your browser, parsing purchase records directly from your AliExpress orders page when you navigate to it.
• Local Storage:Your data is indexed and stored directly in your browser's IndexedDB and local storage databases.
• Data Export: You can export your order history to a CSV spreadsheet or sync it to a personal Google Sheet.

2Local-First Architecture & Data Ownership

• Your Data, Your Ownership: We do not operate external databases, servers, or cloud storage for your order history. All captured purchase details remain on your local machine.
• Data Backup & Purging: Because your data is stored locally in your browser profile, clearing browser cache or uninstalling the Extension will delete your database. It is your responsibility to export backup files (via the Import & Backup tab) to preserve your history. You may purge all local data at any time.
• No Third-Party Access: We do not collect, monitor, sell, or profile your personal data or purchase records.

3Third-Party Integrations & APIs

The Extension provides optional connections to third-party services:

• Google Sheets API:If you authorize Google Sheets integration via OAuth2, the Extension interacts directly with Google APIs from your browser to create and sync sheets in your Google Drive. Your interaction with Google Sheets is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Exchange Rates API: The Extension queries open.er-api.com to retrieve standard conversion rates. No order details or personal indicators are transmitted during this lookup.

4Acceptable Use & Account Safety

• AliExpress Policies: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with the terms and conditions of AliExpress.
• Anti-Captcha & Security Check: AliExpress may occasionally prompt you with security checks or Captchas due to fast page scrolling or rate limits. The Extension does not automatically bypass these checks. You are responsible for completing security checks manually.
• No Automated Abuse: You agree not to use the Extension to scrape data maliciously or degrade the performance of AliExpress services.

5Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE PARSED ORDER HISTORY.
- THE CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE IF ALIEXPRESS MODIFIES ITS DOM OR API LAYOUT.
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OF THE EXTENSION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- LOSS OF DATA OR EXPORT HISTORY.
- DELETION OF LOCAL BROWSER DATABASES.
- ANY TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS ENFORCED BY ALIEXPRESS.
- ISSUES ARISING OUT OF THIRD-PARTY GOOGLE DRIVE SYNCHRONIZATION.

7Changes to the Extension and Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Extension or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Extension following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
