1What the Extension Does

The extension helps you keep, analyse and export your own AliExpress order history. It is an independent tool, not made by or affiliated with AliExpress, Alibaba Group or Google.

• Capture: it reads your orders, tracking, refunds, disputes and price breakdowns from AliExpress pages while you are signed in, and, if you turn background features on, from pages it opens itself in background tabs.
• Analysis: spending, savings, delivery, dispute and buyer protection statistics, computed in your browser.
• Export: CSV and XLSX files, printable invoices, JSON backups, and an optional Google Sheets spreadsheet.

2Your Data

• Your data is stored only in your browser. We run no servers and never receive it; the Privacy Policy describes what is stored and when anything leaves your browser.
• Uninstalling the extension or purging its database deletes your data permanently. Exporting backups from the Import & Backup tab is your responsibility.
• Figures the extension shows, including savings, converted amounts and estimates, are computed from what AliExpress displays and may be incomplete or inexact. AliExpress's own records are authoritative.

3Third-Party Services

The extension relies on services we do not control, whose own terms apply to you:

• AliExpress, whose pages the extension reads.
• Google Sheets and Google Drive, if you connect them. The extension reaches only files it created (the drive.file scope).
• open.er-api.com, which provides exchange rates.

4Acceptable Use and Your AliExpress Account

• Use the extension only with your own AliExpress account and in line with AliExpress's terms of use.
• Background features load AliExpress pages automatically while you are signed in. The extension paces these loads and stops when AliExpress asks for a sign-in or a security check, but AliExpress may still show checks or limit your account. You decide whether to turn these features on.
• The extension never solves or bypasses captchas or security checks; you complete them yourself.
• Do not use the extension to collect other people's data or to put load on AliExpress's services.

5Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CAPTURED ORDERS, TRACKING, REFUNDS AND SAVINGS.
• CONTINUED OPERATION WHEN ALIEXPRESS CHANGES ITS PAGES OR SERVICES.
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER OF THE EXTENSION IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• LOSS OF DATA OR BACKUPS.
• DECISIONS MADE ON THE BASIS OF FIGURES THE EXTENSION SHOWS.
• CHECKS, LIMITS OR SUSPENSIONS APPLIED TO YOUR ALIEXPRESS ACCOUNT.
• PROBLEMS WITH GOOGLE SHEETS OR GOOGLE DRIVE.

7Changes

We may change or discontinue the extension, or change these terms. Changed terms arrive with the extension version that includes them, and the effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the extension after a change means you accept it.
